Episode 12: Adaptive Leadership with Jeneva Patterson

In Episode 12 of Let's Talk Leadership, Matthew and Jeneva discuss Adaptive Leadership.

What is Adaptive Leadership?

Adaptive leadership is a framework that helps people and organisations to adapt to changing environments and effectively respond to recurring issues. First, the change itself needs to be considered to subsequently take on issues and respond to the change. Research by Ron Heifetz and Marty Linsky at Harvard University formed the basis for Adaptive Leadership.
